This terrible product failed after just a few uses after a couple of months. A proposal to buy insurance on Amazon was made, but the insurance company said they did not cover it. There are at least five times I've tried to contact Taotao the manufacturer, but no one ever picks up. It has bad customer service and a poor product, do not.

Customer service was awful. They wanted to charge $75 to replace parts that had failed after a few hours of riding. (Same parts can be found for a great deal less online. ) It would be preferable if they would stand behind their product and send me replacement parts (which I would have to replace after four months) rather than charge an arm and a leg and make me unhappy. This is not a recommendation for you!.

The item was purchased for my son's birthday, but to this day he has never been able to use the machine. I contacted the seller to return the item, but they wanted a $200 return fee, which was absurd. It is very important that the machine is safe for my child. He really wants to ride and I have not been able to allow him When I sent an email to the seller, he put me in contact with a tech, however, he was slow to respond, but despite that, we followed his recommendations, and the machine is still not working.
