Hello Mario,br>The battery we ship is a direct replacement for the UB1250 and UB1250ZH batteries. You can double-check the measurements as 3 just to be sure. 54" x 2. 76" x 3. 98". If they're the same, we'll replace your battery with our offering. br>Battery Supersite, br>Best Regards
The shelf life (the amount of time it can be left uncharged) is six months. If the battery isn't going to be used in an alarm system or as a backup power source for a UPS, To avoid permanent damage to the batteries, top charge your phone (or any other device that trickles charges) every 6 months. These devices, when used in a security system or as a battery backup, keep the battery charged automatically, eliminating the need for maintenance. The batteries we send out have new date codes and have just arrived from the manufacturer. br>Battery Supersite, br>Best Regards
I am unable to provide an accurate response. When I got my battery, I put it in my alarm system and everything was fine. I didn't double-check the voltage to make sure it was fully charged.

Despite the fact that the title claims "UPG UB1250 Sealed Lead Acid Batteries," the battery delivered was Synergy SY1250F1 by Beiter DC Power. It's "equal" to the UPG, but it's not the same thing. It's probably fine, but you never know if it'll match the UPG battery's specifications. Be careful who you buy from.
I, like some of the others, did not receive what I had requested. I was sent a NT1250 (Neptune), which is technically equivalent, but I used it to replace the dead backup battery in my GE Security system and it worked perfectly. The battery level is still low. These batteries can't be left on a shelf for more than a few months without being charged, or they'll start to deteriorate - I have no idea how long this has been sitting on a shelf, but it was shipped at a power level that was too low to reset my system. Sending me the wrong battery and a dead or weak battery? I'm dissatisfied with the outcome.
This battery was used to replace the one in my ION Block Rocker that had become worn out. The other one, which I'd had for about three years, began to fail, so instead of spending $150 on a new unit, I decided to replace the battery. After only $13, it's back to rocking and holding a charge as well as it did the day I bought it! I couldn't be more pleased. In addition, the battery was almost fully charged when it arrived. So far, I've had the Block Rocker running for nearly 9 hours and the battery indicator still has two out of three lights on.
This battery was purchased for my IPA17 Tailgater, which I've had for 5 years and whose battery had been failing to hold a charge recently. It was obvious that a new battery was required. I then proceeded to remove the four screws from the bottom of the unit's battery compartment cover, carefully bouncing the unit up and down a few times until I was able to grab the battery and pull it out of the compartment. I disconnected the battery cable connectors from the old battery, installed them on the new battery, and slid the battery back into the battery compartment as far as it would go. This battery fit into the battery compartment perfectly. I replaced the four screws in the battery compartment cover and charged the battery overnight with the unit's 110 volt power supply cord; the battery charge indicator lights are still showing a full charge after 4 hours of use. I'm hoping that this battery will last at least another 5 years, if not more.
Instead, I was given a "Power King" battery with identical specifications! br>I was expecting UB1250, as shown in the product picture. br>To be honest, I have no idea which brand is which, but another review from a previous year stated that a knock-off was used. Off may be sent, and who knows, maybe that's what happened to me (the UB1250 lasted a long time for me). br>I simply did not want to waste the time returning/reordering, but I did want to warn other customers; The low battery light has been turned off since I installed the Power King. br>I was under the impression that Amazon resellers would sell exactly what they advertised!.
It appears to work well as a replacement for an ADT (old Brinks) security system; the alarm kept beeping, indicating that the old battery was dead. The beeping stopped as soon as this new one was installed, and the system resumed normal operation. It's impossible to say whether it's holding a charge perfectly, but the fact that the system accepted it and that it appears to be working properly is important. br>We'll see what we can do about the long-term. I'm not sure how well it'll work in the long run. I'll do my best to keep you updated.
br>br>I purchased this at the end of August, had it replaced, and it appeared to be in good working order. br>However, two months later: It had run out of power and was in desperate need of replacement. br>A backup battery should last at least twice as long as two months. br>Worse than that.
I bought this to replace my home alarm system because it was showing "Low Batt. " I thought I was getting a good deal because it was half the price of a replacement battery from the alarm company or a big box store nearby. The "Low Batt" code persisted even after I replaced the battery. Maybe it just needs to charge, I reasoned. After a few days, nothing has changed. "Low Batt" is a term used to describe a particular type of bat It's a straightforward swap, but it'll suffice. I call the alarm company just in case anything else goes wrong. We go over the steps to reset the system and do everything that is required. "Low Batt" remains the same. Finally, I swallow my pride and go to the nearest big box store to purchase a new battery. Cost $29. 00 I replace the battery with one from the big box store, and VOILA! The "Low Batt" code is gone in an instant. The story's moral is a well-worn one. What you pay for is exactly what you get. In this case, I believed I was getting a good replacement battery for half the price. The only thing that happened was that I paid half the price, and in the end, I received nothing in exchange for my money other than what I had when I started. A battery that has died. I'm now trying to decide whether it's worth my time to return the battery I bought on Amazon for a refund or just write it off as an "education" expense. You, on the other hand, can gain free knowledge from my experience. br>Updated on March 18, 2014 - Company customer service reach out and offered a new battery or a refund of the price paid plus a 50% differential based on feedback on the transaction. I accepted the refund because I had already replaced the battery I had purchased from ACE Comp. Within two days, the refund was credited to my Amazon account. So, while things appear to go wrong, I commend them for attempting to rectify the situation and acting swiftly. In and of itself, excellent customer service is deserving of a star. As a result, I'm giving them a two-star rating. Good inventory management and product sampling, on the other hand, would go a long way.
