Installs in a few minutes. It is replacing an old Wingsmoto horn, which was too loud and consumed too much battery life and ultimately ended up in a trash can. I have only had to use this Uxcell a few times and it has saved my a$$. My bike's electric motor is not cut off like it used to be with This horn is installed on my 48V electric bike, and because it is so loud, it is only used when there is a hazard.
This is what I put on one of my bikes that I converted into an ebike. With my bike now, I can go 30 mph and cars are generally rude. There's a car horn on my bike that is too loud af and kind of vibrates the seat a bit. A negative signal is sent straight to the horn, and a positive signal is transmitted via a switch. It's such an intense sound you may pee your pants when you attempt to hear.
The information I was looking for was right here. Texters driving while swerving should be able to listen with loud enough volume to be heard. Although I keep a bell on the bars as a casual acknowledgement, I hit the horn if I want to be noticed. Though it may be a little large, you will want to find a place for it.
