That is not the case. The axles are the only thing to change.

Company with misleading business practices

Don't do business with them! In order to make my daughters wheeler functional, I needed two axles. a $50 one and thought it was pretty cool You can get 2 for around $100 each. The ad for 2 seemed interesting so I clicked it. I don't see it as left/right and the image shows two axles, but it is just for one axle for double the price at a club where we buy a lot of parts. HA! But I ride in a big club and I buy a lot Now, no one but you knows about it.
