Is this something that only goldwings can do? My motorcycle is a Honda Shadow Sabre 1100cc from 2007. ?

In BikeBandit, I can see that the oil filter in both the '14 GL1800F6B (my bike) and the '07 Sabre 100 (your bike) has the same part number. This filter, washer, and oil kit should fit your bike just fine.

My motorcycle is a Honda CBR 929 model from the year 2001. Is the filter appropriate for the situation?

I don't think it'll fit your bike because this is for Honda Goldwings with 1832cc engines from 2001 to 2017. I believe the cbr 929 has a different oil filter.

Is it compatible with the 2013 Goldwing F6B?

Yes, this is exactly what you're looking for. The engine is identical to that of the Goldwing, and both have wet clutches. The filter will work as well. Make sure the crush washer is removed from the drain plug and replaced with the new one.

This kit made changing the oil on my 2003 GL1800 a breeze because it came with everything I needed. The only problem was jacking up the motorcycle high enough (while keeping it level) to easily access the oil drain and filter.
