Yes, I bought two and they both came with them. I read that a few people didn't get one in their kit.

Because the engine hasn't been changed, it should work.

I have a 2019 1000 4 General that fits the bill. I'm not sure if it would be feasible in 2022.

There's no need to measure or correct anything; simply drain, change the filter, and replace the oil. For the General 1000 power plant, it's exactly the right amount.
