There is a plug that plugs this hole A hole in the corner of GM bedliners provides access to the inside. There is no need for anchors for the screws The bedliner should be held in place by tapping and holding.
This plug has a diameter of 5” and it fits into a hole of 4”. I am using it on my 2007 Silverado with no problems at all.
I'm not certain, but it looks like it
I had the factory bed liner installed by my chevy and these are 5 inches long. The set of four came in handy but only one of them was needed

I have a Penda Skid Resistor bedliner on my 2010 Silverado. In the time before I bought my truck, only one tie-down was there Three of the down covers have been installed. The others may have disappeared at some point since they were not anchored to the bedliner. This product was purchased to prevent dirt, rock, and gravel from slipping under my bed liner (which has already happened several times without this product). I received and installed them today, and they work great. This kit comes with everything that is pictured, which was an added bonus since I needed a screw to keep my tailgate liner in place. I love the hardware for the tailgate liner, the screws are T20 Torx and they're pre-installed Prevent corrosion and slippage by dipping threads in a generous quantity of thread sealant. There is a tie for the bed liner on both sides Covers located within the package were installed very easily with straps that provided a good connection to the bed to keep covers from disappearing. If there are any changes to this review, I will update it, but overall I think this is a fantastic value if you need new tailgate covers and a good mounting kit. Though the bed liner was not a GM product, the plugs attached to it work. There's a TrailFX bedliner made by Penda Liner on it. A key advantage of this kit are the retainers molded into the plugs. You need to drill holes in the plugs for the plastic barbs to fit through. As soon as they are inserted, they hold the plugs in place when you wish to use in-bed They are made out of soft rubber and create a tight seal between the liner and the plugs.
you want to ensure the hole fits properly, so measure the diameter of the hole. This size is what you need if this is what you need. You can order them now! I highly recommend these factory parts, and the best thing is that they are screwed into the bed liners so you won't have to worry about losing them. Also included is the Bedliner Screw Kit, so in the event you have some missing, you can easily replace them with factory alternative screws. Excellent value for the price!.
I am very happy to have found something that fits perfectly on my 2008 Silverado GM bed liner. Includes factory thether rather than a simple calculator for creating the charts. The amount is not great, but not bad either.
In my case, the bed liner screws fit perfectly into the liner and they were easy to install. I really like the covers, they do the job.
Despite the fact that it was a bed liner, it fit perfectly. The quality of this product is very good and I would highly recommend it.
My new bed liner fits right up to my aftermarket lines because of the 4" access holes. Thanks.
Just wish the tether had been longer or the tab bigger. They fit well but are too small.
