Is this compatible with ezgo txt freedom golf carts from the year 1997? Is there also a clip that needs to be removed from the inside of the differential?

If it's a TXT, it should fit; however, Freedom may be an optional kit or trim that the local dealer installs or offers. br>As for the second question, there is no clip inside the differential; instead, remove the outer snap ring and pull the shaft and bearing out with a puller. Because the disc drum is not installed with a lot of pressure, you can flip it backwards on the shaft and thread the nut back on to use it as a puller in a pinch. Because the bearing's center diameter is too small, the axle does not slide all the way in. Is it possible that the bearing I ordered was the wrong one?

I'm not sure if I can give you a definitive answer- The repair work was done by a volunteer. He didn't mention any issues with the installation, so I'm guessing he was successful. I believe the bearing was correct.

Is it possible to use this bearing kit on an ezgo rxv electric cart?
