The order of 5 boxes of chains is almost complete, but not quite

Four of the five boxes arrived One chain had a hook but it did not have a clevis pin, so it was not attached to the chain. I was reimbursed for the amount I paid for the fifth box, which never arrived. Those chains on top are exactly what I expected and are now on my Mack truck in order to secure the cargo. Those chains were replaced with new 5/16 grade 70 ones that were 10 years old. This chain is a good value for the grade 70 price.

I needed a heavy chain for my truck to pull it

Great product for a great price. Easily lockable hooks at the end of the chain make it ideal for safekeeping. Furthermore, I did not find it to be a better deal than getting 2 for the price of 1 when I shopped at multiple stores in my hometown. When I tried to pull a medium tree stump out of the ground, it held up well.

I found that a 6,600 rated chain is also safer for securing my vio 055 Yanmar when trailering it than the 4,700 rated 5/16 chain I had been using, because they each weigh 12,500 pounds.

I think you made a great purchase

As good as any other chain I've owned, this one seems to be as well made. The truck has never stretched a link with all the trucks I've pulled with it. In addition to its oil coating, it also seems to help in preventing corrosion.
