The System 7 Grade 70 chain was created for use in cargo security, binding, towing, and construction. It is also known as Transport Chain and has 20 a higher load rating than High Test chain (S-4).

The chain complies with all DOT, CVSA, and CHP requirements for truck tie down applications. Chain comes standard with a yellow zinc finish. With a design factor of 4:1, this chain has a Working Load Limit of 6,600 lbs. Breaking strength must be at least 26,400 pounds.

The use of this product for overhead lifting is not permitted. New D. at the federal and state levels. No Idea. However, I am very pleased with it. A semi truck and a loaded trailer were pulled out of a ditch using this device. It can also be used to pull a large number of trees that have been cut down.

This chain is what I use to pull logs. This chain has been completely submerged in creeks. I let it dry out while it was not coiled and it hasn't rusted.

I purchased it to use with my Powerstroke diesel to pull some small trees. This chain was a good length and plenty strong enough for this and other heavy dragging tasks on my property. I'd buy it again, but I don't think I'll need another chain for quite some time!.
