When two boxes showed up, one was so damaged that parts of the cardboard stayed in the UPS truck and we had to locate the parts For my F250, that was the right rail kit. Second, a rail kit for a Dodge was in the box. When I contacted the seller according to Amazon protocol, it took almost a day for them to respond (generally, you have to wait 2 days for their response). It was a damaged little box in a big undamaged box when the correct half of the order arrived, giving me the impression this company usually sends out their products in damaged packaging. There is no magnetic cover to cover the ball when in storage. Curt's kit comes with one that appears to be more robust. It is not a deal breaker. I will make my own cover, which will save me money. There are not many differences in the directions between two kits, but you may find that some relate to each other. A direction was not included in either kit for installing the horizontal carriage bolts in 5/8 grade 8 connecting the rails and heads. In addition, there is no indication of where the pull handle should be mounted. Despite being very easy and self explanatory, it should be brought to your attention. On the drawing, you see them, but you cannot tell which way they are facing. mainly bolts, not included in the parts list and so had to be ordered separately. Parts that are not needed. Due to this, I gave the installer a 3 out of 5 stars (the product still received 5 stars). It is not the maker's or kit's fault, but if your bed is wavy as a result of being crushed in by a heavy load, installation will require removing the bed from the frame with a jack and raising the bed so it Tighten the bed bolts while squeezing the bed down, and the bed will pop out again, making that section look like it did before the parts were installed. I found this to be one of the most difficult parts of the installation. Having a work truck in the household does not make me the only one who uses it, so I thought you should be warned. I am pleased with the customer service and the replies from the company after receiving the first reply from them. In replying to my questions and responses the following day, they responded immediately back and forth. After I placed the order, they recommended I rush order the ball hitch kit half of the order. International shipping could take up to 8 days, they said. Product was fine until torque time. The side brackets started to twist inward after the torque was applied and they weren't even torqued to the specified torque. Replacing the plates was difficult, and after the first reply from customer service, they do not respond to my emails for support any more. Pay the extra and buy the Black and Decker set.

A 2003 Ford F350 is covered by this order. It was supposed to be a good fit from the information, but it wasn't. There were some modifications to be made, and if you have an air bag you will need to drill new holes to mount it. I also received the item a week late, and in two different boxes. The box containing the mounting bars did not contain any of the hardware, so it took me a trip to Home Depot to purchase $45 The product itself is well-made, however the company itself is terrible. We're giving it 3 stars for that reason.

I had to return the product. I am not happy with how much time it takes. My opinion is that the hardware for a trailer hitch is cheap. The holes on the bolt ups did not match and the hardware didn't match firmly enough.
I have ordered two items today, both of which were broken or the boxes were abused so the item was opened. If you could reach out to me, that would be great.
