The cast is very solid and There is only one problem that we can see. It is a little loose in the receiver hitch, so it rattles occasionally. By driving some door shims in between the receiver and the hitch insert, and replacing them every couple of days, we are able to avoid this problem. The overall quality of the product is good.
Ball mount works well. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.
