Is it for the 2005 Isuzu npr?

Part 1809055 is for a cab and chassis truck with a nominal frame width of 34 inches. It's all set to go on a Ford F-150 pickup truck. 350, F- F-450, as well as 450. On GM trucks, drilling is required for the 550.

Is this something that would work on a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 with a roll pan?

For a 1500, it would not be my first choice for a hitch. I installed it on a Dodge 4500 and am extremely pleased with the results.

Purchases should be avoided

It took almost a month to arrive, and now it's too small. Purchase is not recommended. br>br>Not compatible with the Ford F350. Too narrow by two inches. I'm not sure what it's for, but it's not what it claims to be. It took a month to get this as well. Do not purchase.
