I have found this product to be a great value for their low cost. It kept the poinciana flowers from landing on the windshield area, which was exactly what I was looking for. It still works well as a sun screen, which is a huge bonus. So far there have been no issues, and I use it with the silver side facing upwards.
Among hundreds of similar products around the same price, this one provided the most details about what I was looking for. The covers I purchased were made of trash bag material, which I didn't realize before I purchased them. In fact, I have one that I bought at a local store that is made of nylon material that's water resistant and has a better finish It is also extremely lightweight, so even the slightest breeze can result in difficulties with putting it on, and if it is not already anchored down, you have to start the process all If you want something that will keep the ice off your windows so that you will not have to scrape your windows, spend a little more money on a heavier material instead of this one. Unless I fall apart, which is very likely to happen in the next couple of weeks, I will use this. My money will be returned to me.
has been a pleasure to put on my Jeep Wrangler and it is absolutely wonderful. It was the best purchase I've ever made!.
It only took me 5 uses for the strap that was connected inside my truck to break. My only use for it so far has been to prevent ice from forming on my windshield, and it has been effective in doing just that.
To date, I have only used it in wintery weather. The summer is the perfect time for me to give this a try.
Since this is waterproof, I do not need to worry about rain and snow hitting my parked SUV's windshield. So this winter I won't need to use my ice scraper as much.
The area at the bottom of the roof is perfect for blocking leaves from entering vents and bird poop as well as keeping the car cool on hot days. The straps of the tire were.
What I expected to be flimsy turned out not to be so. There are no magnets to hold on to.
