Questions & Answers

As per the Q&A, they will fit most F-type tires This 350 super duty platinum long bed is equipped with a heavy duty hitch. A pop-up said the truck did not fit after I put in truck info. Would you mind telling me what you answered?

Despite the app stating that they cannot fit a 2021 F350, they managed to do so. The stock bottom screws were too short since we have plastic liners on the fenders. As a result of my call to Weathertech, I received an Auxiliary Hardware package. A #8 by 1 1/2" screw is basically all you need. As soon as I had them, I installed them in maybe 5 minutes per side. Purchase the screws yourself at the hardware store for $1, and you will do the work

About 1 inch of tire pokes out of my rims Do you think 2" of protection will be enough?

It's fairly easy to install the mud flaps and they're of good quality. Those wheels stick outside the tires about 1 inch on my F250 and the tires are black. It is 5 inches from the ground. A little class goes a long way.

What should I do if I have ?

I have a 2018 F250 Platinum and this suits me

This is an awesome and durable item
5/5

Whenever I need to buy a MudFlap, I choose Husky because I've always been a Guy. I did try the Husky install once, and it was an absolute As a result of the grommets not fitting properly, the wheel well was scratched just trying to get them to fit. was not cut all the way through and is only finished all the way to the bottom. This design is based on a disaster and not a good idea. It was for two reasons that made me apprehensive about these WeatherTechs. I refer to it as the overlap (the portion that sticks beyond the wheel well) and the clamp at the top of the mud flap. There was something about the look that simply wasn't right for me. The "overlap" totally makes sense to me based on what I've read in some forums as it will protect so much more precious paint on your truck. Ultimately, I love them, although I wasn't expecting the "overlap" to be as pronounced as it is. As for the clamp at the top of the mud flap, it is perfect. This is a good and very strong product. It doesn't just turn them enough to lock them in, there's also an Alan key that you can use to tighten them to your heart's content. And the clear paint barrier, it was thick and cut through all three layers. You should always follow the directions and apply the paint protector with a pray bottle containing soap (generously). It's been a pleasure working with WeatherTech.

A good mud flap, but lacks the hardware it needs
3/5

The F350 I installed them on is a 2020 As far as the flaps are concerned, they are very well made. Although there are no instructions for installation and the front flaps do not come with the hardware necessary for installation, they perform properly. There is no mention of installing a protective film/sticker behind the mud flap in the install instructions. It wasn't until I was finished with the project and saw the stickers on the inside of the box that I realized this was needed. There are no helpful pictures provided with the protective stickers, so it is difficult to install. To install them, you will have to be creative and guess how they want you to do it. It is quite straightforward and easy to install the rear flaps once the protective film is put in place. Although the front flaps are nicely sized and fit in place, they do not come with any hardware for installation as did the ones at the back. Rather than using two new screws, Weather Tech says to reuse the two screws already there. The flaps are 3/8ths of an inch thick, and therefore, I was concerned that this could not operate properly, and, unfortunately, I was correct. Despite quite a lot of attempts, I was not able to The distance between them is simply too short, and I am certain As a result, I went to Ace Hardware and bought 4 screws that were 1/2 inch longer and finished my installation without any problems. WeatherTech would have needed to spend a little more for this. There is a fee of 05 cents to include the appropriate hardware, but they did not. When companies take this kind of shortcut, I'm always very disappointed. * As I mentioned before, these flaps appear to be very good, however their lack of installation instructions and lack of mounting hardware caused me to rate them with only two stars. The information provided here will hopefully be helpful to you.

Upon installation, the front and rear of a 2021 F-150 are installed The order came ahead of time, as it was backordered
5/5

It was packaged well and there were no damages to the package. In general, the installation was relatively simple, but there was some time consuming work with the protective film. Please take your time with this as it will protect your paint from any damage caused by the mudflaps rubbing on it. It worked fine, but if you have the factory installed wheel well liners on the front you will not be able to use the stock screws because they are too short. I used 1 1/4" galvanized screws and washers and they worked fine. This seems to be a very durable product and I hope to get years of service out of.

Protect your baby's skin from splashes by wearing splash guards
5/5

This is the set I bought for my new 2020 Ford I was extremely pleased with how well they fit and how easily they installed. Hang down far enough for the water to run off. Nothing keeps everything from splashing back onto the truck, but they are doing what I wanted.

The software is easy to install and works well
5/5

This is an easy to install program. I put them on just as the winter ended in our Midwest. The snow and slush caked my running boards as the front tires on my 2019 F250 were leaking. I wish I had removed them sooner. The running boards and rear quarter panels of the bed are kept clear of mud so far, and the rears have kept mud off the running boards. The rears also keep dirt and water away from the dual exhaust tips, a feature that will prove beneficial over time. A simple add-on that does not cost money. They will be examined in the long run to determine their durability. These mats would be nothing like weathertech's floor mats, which I have no concerns about.

The tire width upgrade isn't big enough to cover it
3/5

There is a poor return policy for expensive products. Normally, I don't write negative reviews, but sometimes when they advertise that their products are laser fit and high quality but forget to mention that they may not fit upgraded tire sizes (these are dealer upgrades, not aftermarket upgrades). You can't upgrade the tires because they are too small.

I have to pay for a return after that. Even if Weather Tech does not clarify the size and coverage, they make enough money to cover unsatisfied customers. Throughout the years I have bought a number of items from them and was very satisfied with each one, but this one disappointed me due to the description and the return fees. This was returned to the sender with the cost of postage.

I would have liked to see parts of this It did not work for our 2021 F350 when we ordered the front
3/5

Using the original screws was the recommended method, but after crawling under the truck numerous times there was no doubt that the factory screws were very short. After reading online it became obvious I was not the only one experiencing this issue. Despite that, Weathertech offered a hardware kit as an alternative when contacted, and they sent it right away. Weathertech should consider including those longer screws as part of the package with its new hardware. It probably took a maximum of five minutes per side. Apart from that, they seem to be perfectly fine. It is just a bit unfortunate that I had to jump through these hoops.
