It works perfectly like any traditional embroidery cotton floss from a chain store. Also, I love the addition of some metallic threads. I had a lot of fun working with this pack.

We do not recommend this set. Get a new Le Paon set instead. As before, I have ordered LE Paon floss and I was very happy with it. It felt silky and soft just as advertised. The black labels on this set of 54 skeins made it different from any embroidery floss I've seen While I liked the matte look of the floss, when opened the package, it was incredibly rough and tangled as a result. There is no sheen at all, it is totally matte, but because of the roughness, it caught on itself and tangled. It would even be difficult to separate individual strands of the skein. Thanks to the skein being so thick, the winding was challenging to do. Since it was so cheap, I am not going to bother returning it, but it is not something I would recommend to others. A second Le Paon floss I got that was really nice was a set of 105 vibrant rainbow embroidery floss. If you want to get that one, I recommend it. This is "br".

It comes with a great selection of colors in this packet of cross stitch floss, especially beautiful gold and silver floss, very bright as described. I was eager to design my own embroidery project. They come in several colors with the embroidery threads and the embroidery threads themselves are pretty good.
