321, in my opinion, is the typical red. 816, 817, or dark red 498 are the Christmas reds, followed by 816, 817, or dark red 498. However, I can send you a photo and you can choose, or you can send me a message.

12 DMC 310 in a box, just as described!.
I placed two orders and received only one skein each time, despite the fact that each order was supposed to include 12 skeins. To be honest, the problem was in the title of the listing; it didn't say 12 skeins in the title, and I doubt the people filling out the orders looked at the details. I contacted them the second time via live chat rather than email, and he looked over the listings before pulling it until the wording could be fixed. Hopefully, they've resolved the issue and are now happily selling Embroidery thread in large quantities. I would have given five stars if the customer service had been excellent, as the product itself was excellent; however, the confusion over the amount in the order was not a one-time occurrence; there were many others who had the same issue.
The thread is perfect, but the DMC box was completely destroyed when I opened the package and looked at it. The small circle sticker that had been placed on the seam to ensure that it remained closed had been torn. Several places on the box were dented and ripped. I was surprised (and grateful) to find that the thread was still in good shape, albeit a little dirty. The thread has excellent quality. The only reason I gave it a three star rating was because of the condition it was in when it arrived.
I ordered black, and although the box is labeled black on the UPC, the inside was light blue, as shown in the photo. You should be aware that the item's labeling may be incorrect, and you may receive the incorrect color.
I was pleased to receive the thread, which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The DMC brand has never caused me any problems.
Color palettes for large projects can be found here. However, I later discovered them for a much lower price on other websites. I was disappointed because I am a "good shopper. " I should have done a more thorough search, but I figured that because I was buying in "bulk," I'd get a better deal.
This came in a cute little box, which I really like. It looks very clean and professional, and it's perfect for storing the thread until I'm ready to use it so it doesn't get dirty. The nearest DMC thread store is about a 90-minute drive from my house, so being able to buy in bulk online saves me time, money, and gas!.
