Questions & Answers
Yes. This adhesive is incredible. It's quick to dry and has a strong bond.
It dries clear but slightly darkens the color of the card stock. It has a slight sheen but isn't a glossy gloss finish. I'd want to keep it under the image or object that was being glued down.
You should never order this type of item if it is cold in your area, as it may freeze during shipping. Thanks
The tip was included in the first bottle I ordered, but it was not included in the last one. It's possible that you'll have to pay extra for the tip, but I've found that it's fine without it.

***UPDATE***: ***UPDATE*** ***UPDATE*** *** Although my original review is fairly recent, I have used this adhesive extensively since receiving it. I believe I can safely change my review to "the best adhesive I've found" from "the best liquid adhesive I've found. " " Since I started using this, I haven't touched any of my other adhesives. " I'm sure I'll get around to it eventually because the tape runner style, 3D foam tape, and other similar items have their uses, but this is one of my favorite crafting staples. Unless something drastic happens, I'm a lifelong fan. br>br>I'd also like to add something for those who are concerned about the reviews showing orders arriving damaged. This glue is water-based, and it freezes quickly, according to the manufacturer. As a result, the company recommends that orders placed during the winter months be sent with a warming packet to prevent the product from freezing. If you're planning to order this item in the winter, keep this in mind. br>br>—Original Review—br>br>Like most paper crafters/card makers, I have a sizable adhesive collection—I'd say over a dozen in total. I have probably 5 or 6 liquid adhesives and have yet to find the holy grail. to the present time. br>br>I adore this liquid adhesive because it dries quickly and clearly and holds paper, sequins, glitter, die cuts, jewels, and other embellishments in place beautifully. I'm only sorry I didn't try it sooner!.
Don't buy this for kids; it is way too expensive! But for the serious crafter, I think this glue is a must have. What I'm talking about is well-known among crafters. I recommend ordering a spare metal tip because if you forget to replace the stainless steel pin after each use, the tip will clog and require soaking. As a result, you'll require a backup.
I started using Art Glitter Glue after a friend recommended it to me. I've used tape runner for years, but it's expensive, and I've discovered that it doesn't always hold up over time. The Art Glitter Glue allows for some wiggle room in case you don't get everything straight, but it grips firmly. The fine tip is ideal for gluing sequins and other embellishments as well as controlling the amount of glue used. I wish I had discovered this much sooner!.
This glue does not contain glitter; it is simply designed to adhere glitter to your project, but it can also be used for other purposes. It dries out completely. br>I like the low price point of this product and the fact that it comes with a pin to keep in the tip so it doesn't dry out. It dries quickly when used, so be prepared to attach your piece before using it. Because this glue is water-based, it will pucker paper if you use too much. Use it on a test piece before you start your project to get a sense of what to expect; I think it'll be worth it.
I'm a paper crafter who creates something on a daily basis. I've previously purchased Gina K glue, which is excellent and comes with a precision applicator, but it's pricey and not widely available. I've heard this Art Glitter Glue is fantastic, and it is, but I will say that too much glue can leak from the original applicator bottle. It has a strong grip and dries clear. I have the metal tip, which is nice, but I can't figure out how to use it because the cap won't fit over the metal tip unless I take it on and off every time I use the glue. It's a bit of a thorn in the side.
IT CAN GO A LONG WAY! Every day, I do some kind of papercrafting, and this tiny 2 oz. I've already had the bottle for four months! I just placed an order for the 8-ounce version. I'm afraid of running out of my bottle, so I'm going to refill it, but there's still about a third of it left.
For scrapbooking, I now use this glue. I'm buying the glue for the second time. Only thing is, even if you're not using it, make sure you use the pin that came with it as soon as you set the bottle down. After being used, the glue hardens in the bottle's tip.
However, the majority of them fall short of that promise, and I find myself using Art Glitter Glue for the majority of my projects. It's great on paper, but it's also great on wood, fabric, and even sticking stones to multiple surfaces. I usually put some in a jar and use a brush to apply it, then cover it with a piece of Press n Seal paper while it sits on my workstation and before screwing on the jar top. Although it is more expensive than other glues of its kind, I believe it is well worth the money. It only takes a little to make a big difference.
