Water with a chalky appearance

I didn't receive the paint in a sealed container, so when it arrived in the mail, it had leaked and I had to throw it away I thought maybe it was just hot, but the packaging seemed different to me. When I went to use it after letting it set for a couple of days, it was still runny as water. I would not recommend getting this if you are looking for chalk "paste. ".

Although the paint was thin, it spread easily. I just need to find better silk transfer stencils to use. I think the consistency of the paint was good.
