I didn't check because everything in the package had broken the first time I opened it. I'm embarrassed if this is made in the United States. This is the most ludicrous piece of nonsense I have ever seen. refrain from purchasing
Cotton is extremely cheap. You wouldn't be able to give these away even if you tried. I'm not sure how anyone could say anything positive about it. except. When you get it, it's so disappointing.
It's a low-cost thread for sewing. It's perfect for tacking up a hem or sewing on a button. Not suitable for high-quality work.
Sewing machine needles aren't included in the package. Regular hand sewing needles are available in a standard variety pack. However, machine needles are not included.

This kit meets my requirements perfectly. I'm not a sewing enthusiast by any means, and I barely know how to thread a needle. But I do need to sew on a button or re-stitch something. This kit case is small (smaller than a CD case - I use it to add a ruffle to my daughter's clothes every now and then). Don't you recall them? ) as well as being well-made. It includes all of the primary colors, a thimble, a tape measure, scissors, needles, pins, a seam ripper, and some foil things I'm not sure what they're for. (Recall that I stated at the outset that sewing is not my forte. ) ) This far exceeds my modest requirements and is small enough to fit in a small space. This is a product that I would recommend.
Everything appears to be in order, and everything is neatly packed. This is a review for people who have never sewn before. Let's get started with that in mind. br>br>Holding straps: br>br>Holding straps: br>br>Holding strap They appear to be quite sweet at first. However, as you travel, things will eventually fall out of place. Which I'll explain why it irritates me. I can't complain about the cheap packaging because of the price. Needles: br>br>Needles: br>br>Needles: br>br>N I'm not an expert on needles, but I did get an A in home economics. I've sewn a few simple things before, such as stuffed fuzzy footballs. This is the section with which I have the most issues. To begin with, there were a ridiculous number of needles of varying sizes. I don't think I need as many similar needles for travel or emergency situations. Given the case in which it arrives, I'll probably need 5 or 6. I was like, "WTF is this?" at first. I'm not able to open it for some reason. It's a dial that opens compartments, to be precise. Then I thought to myself, "Wow, that's really nice!" So I reattached the needles, which was a lot more difficult than it should have been, and turned the dial to the position farthest away from a hole. Walking around with it shifted the dial, and as soon as I opened it, an inch of small needles rained down on me. I still have one needle missing, which I think about on a daily basis. I'd stay because I'd be in a better case with fewer needles. More threads: br>br> I believe there should be more threads given the ridiculous number of needles. What's the point of having threads if you don't have them? br>br>Exercise: br>br>Case: br>br>Exercise Overall, it appears to be well-made, and I appreciate the presence of a zipper that simply holds everything together rather than the usual plastic case, which is prone to breakage. you'll find in stores Other trash: br>br> Given that not everyone shares their sewing methods, I appreciate the variety of options available. br>br>Overall, I'm still annoyed by the needles that fall out, because the dial is so easy to turn and I have to carry it with care. Maybe it's different in each case, but that strikes me as a safety hazard; the way it's built, it screams EMERGENCY STITCHING. It is, in my opinion, one of the better kits available. Because of the needles, I gave it a 3 out of 5 star rating.
I bought it because I needed something simple to fix plush toys and face masks. I couldn't pass up this deal because the price was so good. br>br>It doesn't have the best needle size selection, but it gets the job done. I used the biggest one to repair a badly damaged shoe. The plush cat's tail was one of my favorites. It was a total success. br>br>It also includes two needle threaders, which I appreciate because they always seem to vanish on me. br>br>In addition to a 16. , I included a size comparison image. Water bottle with a capacity of 9 fl. oz. The kit is a smidgeon bigger than "handheld. " br>br>If you're looking for something cheap and easy, this is a great option.
It's fantastic! br>I used it in the restroom at my wedding reception, and it was a hit. It comes with everything you might require.
I sewed two throw pillows and replaced a button on a shirt and a sweater after receiving this kit, and it was well worth the money. I'll never travel without one of these kits because it's nearly impossible to replace buttons while on the road. The price was lower than the majority of the kits I found on Amazon or in local stores. br>br>Negatives - has everything you'll need for a quick fix The tools are nice, particularly the scissors (which are extremely sharp) and needle threaders (which work flawlessly). The cost is extremely low. br>Contrary to popular belief, Because the included thread spools were difficult to unwrap, I had to substitute my own thread. This wasn't a bad situation, but it was inconvenient. This did not detract from the product's overall rating. br>Recommendation - This product, as well as the vendor, comes highly recommended by me.
For over a decade, I used Dollar Store kits for sewing stuffed animal thread failures, patching a tear in my shorts, and other tasks, but they stopped selling them in my area a few years ago, so when I ran out of my last thread, I decided to try something cheap but not bare bones. With one exception, this one was exactly what I needed. The threader(s) that came with this kit are a joke. When I first tried to use them, they both broke. I bought some higher-quality ones for my daughter when she first started sewing a few years ago, and they came with more than she needed, so I took one. The issue has been resolved. br>For what I do, this kit will probably outlast me if I don't lose it, with the exception of restocking threads as they run out. Rather than refilling these spools by hand, I can use my wife's sewing machine to do so. br>The fact that there are only a few sizes of needles isn't a problem for me because I only use the largest size included in this kit. br>If you're looking for a sewing kit with items that will last a few years, this one is a great deal. With the exception of the poor excuse for garbage needle threaders, everything in it is of average quality, nothing spectacular, and nothing dreadful.
I like that it comes in a zip case, that the size is larger than your average travel size but still fits nicely in your toiletries bag, and that it has an easy-to-clean cover for those accidental spills. I only gave it four stars because the contents are a little flimsy and cheap. It does, however, serve its purpose!.
The needles' eye holes were barely bunched through due to a lack of quality control. The outline of where they should be can be seen, but the hole has been nearly completely filled. At work, I had to widen some of my tools so that a thread could pass through.
