There are 3 packages of lace hem tape in each set with 3 yards of lace hem tape in each package. Straight out of the package, the tape is a little stiff, which makes sewing it easier. Once it's been washed a few times, it begins to soften.

It is the product I have always used Due to the fact that the company no longer makes lace flexi hems in the large variety of colors they used to provide, I stockpiled on the 4 colors that they do still offer.

There is no real elastic in this

If you believe that the fabric is elastic, then the term Flexi Lace is misleading. There is a bit more give in it than standard hem tape, but it is not elastic at all.

This hem tape will enable me to fix a pair of pants that are too long by sewing a new hem on it. There are very few stores in my area that carry the lace hemming tape (which I prefer.
