You shouldn't buy a cushion unless you plan on layering it, because it is very thin and it is not a good one

For a couch, it would not be ideal since it is not very thick. I would think it would be suitable for a dining chair cushion, a headboard. Also it would be fine to fill in a slump in a couch cushion if there is one.

There is a discrepancy between the item and the picture. I ordered the item and had it shipped, but that is where my concerns lay. A roll of plastic wrapped around the box greeted me when I opened it. A few problems There is an odor, the thickness is inconsistent, and there are I was immediately attacked by a sour, wet odor as soon as the plastic was opened. There is still a strong smell even after I tried to air it out. A second issue was that the package was both folded and rolled, resulting in creases that refused to disappear. Due to the uneven fold, trying to get a decent area to work on resulted in creases, which made my task more difficult. It was not consistent in terms of thickness. It was as thin as the edges of We measured the folds at least 1 inch deep and other areas where the folds were at least 1 inch deep. The number of zeros did not remain constant. This is used to organize toolboxes

Therefore, I purchased this foam to organize the drawers of my toolbox, and it has worked great! As soon as I cut out the foam for my drawers, it was time to start adding padding. As soon as I had all my tools laid out, I used an xacto knife to trace/cut out their outline. As soon as I removed the tools, I finished cutting out the shapes with a Stanley knife. I am very pleased with how it turned out. I don't have to worry about my tools rolling around the drawers any longer! Organizing and protecting them is a must. It is perfect for organizing a toolbox and I would recommend this foam to someone who wants an easy way to organize it.

I recovered an old weight bench and replaced the crumbling yellow foam with the upholstery foam cushion that is of really high quality in terms of materials and workmanship on the cushion

Item did not arrive as pictured. Had not been assigned to a uniformed role.
Usless after it arrived in the state that it was. The thickness is not even half an inch. I DO NOT recommend it!.
