Quite an experience for a first-timer

Having never dealt with needle tatting before, I had no idea what to expect. The needle is easy to use, and the #10 mercerized cotton thread slides right through the eye after a little nudge In order to pass it through, I do not need a threader. Also, needle is sturdy enough to allow a neophyte to grasp the yarn with both hands without it bending or snapping (I was inclined to grasp on tight as I learned).

It is hard to find needles as good as Handy Hands, and I find them to be the best for I have tried other needles, and they just don't compare to handy Hands I also like the fact that Handy Hands always includes an instruction sheet and a needle threader, which is a great help.
