2 stars because I believe this machine is refurbished and does not function properly, despite the fact that it is brand new and the thread in the bobbin case keeps bunching up. This was a work purchase, and it was overpriced in this pandemic. This, I am convinced, was price gauging. For this, I believe I will have to file a complaint with Amazon! I overpaid by hundreds of dollars, and it saddens me that people take advantage of others. And I'm enraged beyond words. If it worked, it would be a great machine, but it isn't worth the money.
I went back and asked for a refund.
I've only had it for three days and I'm already having a lot of problems with it. What should I do first? The automatic threader only works half of the time, the cutter has a mind of its own, and the embroidery footer isn't tight enough, causing the needle to bend or break during the embroidery. It's a truly awful machine that isn't well constructed.
My box did not contain the presser feet or extra bobbins. I bought this machine because it had all of the features I required. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will have to return it if it isn't corrected! br>** I contacted the seller via email, and they promptly worked to ensure that I received my items. Throughout the entire process, she was amazing. 👍🏻.
This machine appeals to me because it is simple to operate. I've been sewing for a long time and am gradually expanding my skill set. I've made two dresses in half the time it took me on my regular machine, embroidered a variety of items, and used a flash drive with ease. This machine is something I would recommend to both experienced and inexperienced users.
Wow! This sewing machine is one of my favorites because it is so easy to use and runs smoothly. friendly. The needle threader is a great help to me. It's a step forward from previous releases. I haven't used the embroidery yet, but I'm excited to do so.
