What I like about it is its simplicity

What I like about it is its simplicity. Using a ball for the first time Winder, but it works fine. It's hard to make it tight enough to keep it from wobbling but I feed the yarn through my hand before it gets to the yarn feeder part (to catch any knots and twists), so I just hold it steady with my hand. Therefore, it is important to note. Winding the skeins into the small cakes is awesome A) to use and store. The next time this one wears out, I'll probably invest in a nicer one.

One day my daughter was bringing home a huge tote full of yarn, and she didn't know what to do with It would have been tedious for her to roll all the yarn on the pegboard, so she put up a pegboard. Using this yarn roller, she can roll her yarn in no time. It can clamp to her desk and she can roll it quickly and easily.

This is a very simple to use product but it is clearly made cheap I have not yet had it a year and it skips and grinds if i can get a better one.

It's very difficult to put this thing together since the threader arm doesn't stand on its own, and holding it up is very painful. These winders do not have the same problem as others that cost the same or slightly more.

Hand winding is much worse than this! It's amazing how many years I had to wait before I bought this! There is so much more to it, it is faster, and more convenient You will be able to wind left over yarn much more easily than if you were winding it by hand

With this nicely rounded ball you can store it easily and it has a flat bottom, so it doesn't fall off.

The problem is that it does not work correctly. does not turn with ease, yarn gets tangled up and wraps around the bottom of the winder, noisy, and yarn balls don't want to come off the winder after being spun.
