What is the relationship between the division markers and the numbers? I'm not sure what they mean or how to read it correctly because they're printed in between. ?

If it's somewhere between 8 and 9, for example, it's 8 1/2. When in doubt, size up; if you go smaller, it will not fit.

Do you go by the arrow's location or the order in which it appears?

You should size up to your knuckle rather than the full length. It will result in inaccuracy as a result of overtightening. If you don't tighten your grip around your knuckle, you'll end up with rings that are too small.

I was even more perplexed because this indicated that I was at least three sizes smaller than the online charts indicated, so I went to a local jewelry store to be sized, and it turned out that this small purchase was exactly right in terms of sizing. I bought a ring based on this sizer, and Larson Jewelers says it's off by a whole size, despite the fact that the product was simple to use. Unfortunately, it did not match the jeweler's measurements, and the ring had to be resized.

It's incredibly simple and precise to use. It accomplishes your objectives precisely. I'm not sure why they used such a large envelope to send it, but that's Amazon fulfillment for you. Also, why is it taking a week to arrive when it is drop shipped directly from Amazon? It's obvious that they're available.

It's actually very simple to use and understand, even for a child, and the quality isn't bad. Because it's so small, it's easy to lose, so keep it in a bag or sewing kit where it'll be easier to find. However, it performs admirably and is extremely precise.
