These were purchased under the impression that they were "Peach," but they were actually "Sand. " I was looking for a lighter tan color bead and bought these in the hopes that they would be lighter than the Sand color I already had. Imagine my surprise when they arrived with a "Sand" label on the back. br>br>The beads themselves are fine; however, I am dissatisfied with the product's inaccurate color description.
You will only receive 1 bag of Light Green Perler beads, rather than 6 bags (6 x 1000ct bags). I was in desperate need of these for a project, and I was twice let down. As far as I can tell, this happened to another customer, and nothing was done to prevent it. It was confirmed that the amount of 6000 is correct, and it was suggested that I repurchase - They will not give you the remaining bags because it is the right thing to do. Even the second time around, they can't seem to get it right!.
These are the beads you'll need if you're looking for flesh-colored beads.
The description clearly states that this is a peach color, but when we received them, they were a sand color! I didn't think I needed sand, but now I do. It said peach, and that's exactly what I wanted!.
I adore all Perler products, but the prices on Amazon are unbeatable when compared to those at my local store, which has a limited color selection. This color, peach, is one of my favorites, and I always opt for the Perler brand, even if it means paying a little more. I've bought off-brand hama beads, and as you can see from my experience, they don't melt the same way. The cheaper ones aren't always cut to the same length, and they don't always melt. Trying to save money can be extremely frustrating and can completely derail a project. You'll thank me later if you stick with Perler!.
These perler beads were purchased for a fun activity with my daughter. She's five years old and a huge fan of perler beads. She refers to them as melty beads and requests that she be able to create new designs with them every day. When we were working on a large project, I ordered these beads, and we used them to make Elsa from frozen on one of the very large boards. For her hair, we went with yellow. The color was spot on, and it's almost exactly the same yellow as it appears on the screen. I know that many of these colors are difficult to judge just by looking at them on a computer screen, but they were exactly what I needed for this project; there were no misformed beads, and everything turned out beautifully.

They are excellent! Perler is my favorite. The lighter pink stands out more than the darker pink. It's ideal for creating contrast, and the beads melt beautifully and are well worth the money!.
