That is a mistake on the listing. An update on the final version - It is up to you how you take this. I would like to recommend Spreetail! I give this site FIVE STARS! This company has exceptional customer service They're going to swap out my unit for me after Equator wouldn't cooperate when I sent them to a service technician - they are going to swap it out for me. All they keep telling them is that the seller must be negotiated with. We ask you to take note that this is just a SELLER selling. The sellers do not know how to service the units because they are the ones who sold it to you. An apple phone, and not a droid, sent you a text. It is like getting mad at someone for sending you a text message on a droid but not a phone. br>br> I can not stress enough to the seller that they should stop selling their products and take down this company from their site. br> br> Five days have gone by since installation- Upon receiving my response from Equator, they now refuse to work with me since I bought the item off of Amazon rather than from them directly, off of their website! In my ignorance, I did not know I had to do that to get their service. I took advantage of the number Equator provided me with and contacted the seller I was happy that they would work with me and get someone out to look at the unit right away. Honestly, I don't understand why a company will not stand behind their products. I will update once a technician comes out.
I got this unit brand new only 5 days ago, and just It's the FIRST load of the day When I put the washing machine on to spin, I received this error E5 for high speed motor failure. Calling the 1800 number for problems left three messages sent a text to the number specified in the directions (no response in 3 days) decided to pull the plug and restart the unit, and it started the cycle right where it left off and went on to the next item. Then, I noticed that while the dry cycle was running, water was being added. In the description listed above, I specifically chose this unit over all other brands for the following reason.
