Press Bake, then set your temperature, then press Cook Time. If the timer says 7 minutes, simply press 7; if you press 00 after the minute, the timer will run longer. When you press start, the oven will preheat to the desired temperature, and you will be ready to bake. When baking multiple batches of cookies, I don't use the convection feature because the oven's temperature drops quickly when the door is opened. When I set the timer for the second batch to go in, I realized what had happened. In the future, I'll just use the bake feature on both ovens. My father chose the best oven, and I also like the meat probe.

AN EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER. AN AMAZING PRODUCT! We're very happy with this product; the first one arrived with the door glass broken, but Amazon came back, picked it up, and delivered a replacement within a few days. One thing to keep in mind about this oven is that it is commercial, so use caution when setting the temperature. IT HEATS UP A LOT AND COOKS QUICKLY. br>br>To use the oven, you'll need a 240-volt electrical outlet. You'll also need to purchase or construct a cabinet to keep it in. Ours was built by our handyman. br>br>A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Everything went smoothly with the delivery and even the room selection. My father requested that they unpack it to inspect for damage; the company was courteous and respectful, and they did so, unwrapping it and discarding the package it arrived in. Our old oven box was too small, so my brother-in-law, who is also an electrician, was hired to build the cabinet box and install it. I'm confident that once the paint is applied, it will look fantastic. Because this house has a double pantry, we used the old oven box to add shelves to place the microwave, toaster oven, and bread machine, which worked out well.
Broken glass was found in the second one. Purchases should be avoided.
I returned it because it was damaged, and I am awaiting a full refund.
I'd like to replace the door. I would like a new door because the top door has a dent that I didn't notice at first. Can they deliver that part because the glass was shattered on my first delivery? Please let me know if there is anything I can do.
PERFECTLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE HOME DEPOT DOUBLE WALL OVEN CABINET. THE BRIGHT BLUE ON THE INSIDE ADDS SOMETHING TO DIFFERENTIATE IT FROM OTHER OVENS.
The product arrived in good condition and was simple to set up. We've only used it a couple of times so far, but it's a great oven for the price.
At the bottom of the top unit, there is no heating element. For even baking, you'll need to switch on convention bake. The use of the timer is not intuitive.
