I tried it, but it didn't work and Amazon says it can't be returned! It is impossible to return an Amazon Prime purchase if it doesn't work? To get in touch with the manufacturer, I was told. I contacted Amazon after learning from the manufacturer that I needed to contact them. The issue has not been resolved after I called and emailed. As far as I can tell, I have no recourse since I lost my money for an item that doesn't work. I gave them money, but they still have it! This is unbelievable.
