On the 18th of March, 2021, I purchased and installed this. I'll check back in on this on September 18, 2021 to see if the grips peeled off like Microsoft's. br>br>Fit and finish are excellent; it snaps into place, aligns perfectly, and is completely within spec. br>br>In my six-month follow-up, I'll talk about durability. If I follow up sooner, it's because their grips peel off in the same way that Microsoft's do. br>br>If they do peel off, I'll go into detail about how many hours they were used, what type of game they were used in, the size of the hands that used them, and so on. But, hopefully, this will not be the case.

The white finish had begun to yellow and peel after three months. The rubber on the grips, on the other hand, is still holding up well. 3/ 5. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>b If I needed something else, I'd buy it again, but the quality could be better.

Ok, we've all looked at an item and scrolled down to see the item you're looking at with a and other items like a package, right? Well, I clicked on buy all and the item I'm talking about didn't fit the controller it was paired with in the buy all option, so now I'm stuck with stuff I can't use and out the cash. DO NOT TRUST AMAZON'S RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS THAT WORK WITH THE ITEM YOU ORDER.

It's simple to install and replace the original elite controller's poor-quality rubber grips. The fit, on the other hand, isn't perfect. A few millimeters off on the outside sides, which you'll only notice if you look at it from the right angle. The poor fit isn't noticeable while using the controller, which is a plus. My hands never sweated during thousands of hours of game play with the original grips, but after only 30 minutes with these grips, I have to wipe them. Perhaps a different material with a different set of properties?.

The rubber is the ONLY difference between these and OEM parts. It's not quite as soft, as you can tell. But it's such a minor nitpick that I don't mind, and it doesn't bother me in the least. This product is excellent for replacing the Elite controller grip. If I have any bubbling issues in the future, I will update this review, but for now, I'm very satisfied!.

The rubber grips on this side only replace the outside ones, not the ones near the paddles on the inside. So, if you need to replace your rubber grips, this is only half of what you should expect.

Fit for the Gears of War edition elite controller has been confirmed! My grips were worn out and had the dreaded peel away, making my favorite and expensive controller uncomfortable. I came across these replacements and figured it was worth a shot before purchasing a new one. Perfect fit, incredibly simple installation, and a fantastic feel. It was well worth the money.

After two years of use, my OEM grips fell off, so I purchased and installed this product. My controller is an Xbox Elite 1 controller. It was challenging but not impossible to set up. With the tool provided by the seller, it took about ten minutes. The OEM grips will be taped and glued on, so removing them will be difficult. The new grips lock into place and feel secure once you've removed the old ones. Paddles have plenty of room, and the grip is on par with, if not slightly better than, OEM quality. If you're into that, the colors are also a nice touch. The grips are a good replacement. If these ever fall off, I'll order this again!.
