When the console is turned on, you should remove the cover.
The console is protected from dust and dirt with this cover. When the console is not in use, you keep the cover on, but when you want to use it, you remove it.
No, it's not fleece; it's more of a nylon. It's been about 6 months since I've used it, and there have been no scratches. The only criticism I have is that I occasionally have to lift the flap off the side to allow the fan to breathe. This thing isn't quite as airtight as you'd like. Although it protects against dust in general, it still collects all of it on the bottom, where it can get under the cover. In my opinion, I'd go with something else.

My husband suggested that we get something "made" for the product, so I looked into it. We had the cover on for a while and when we went to turn it on, we noticed it was acting strangely: the Xbox kept turning on and off, flickering and flashing lights, dots, and other strange things, completely freaking us out. I'm not sure if it was because of the cover or something else, but we've been having problems with our Xbox since we started using it. This is not something I would order again.
It's attractive and appears to be long-lasting. br>I can't think of anything to complain about! Thank you for a fantastically useful product. br> P. S. CHECK THIS OUT! br>I'm sure most people are aware of this, but I feel compelled to state it nonetheless. If you use your Xbox One X while wearing this cover, it may overheat.
A good dust cover is included. I use the products in the way that they were designed to be used. It's supposed to protect my Xbox One X from dust. It functions properly and effectively. One small quibble: The port covers are fine, but the small rubber pieces can easily be misplaced; however, the dust cover can be used while playing Xbox. To avoid overheating, it has a lot of ventilation.
Leave a space for connected cables at the bottom of the box. In addition, you get some dust stopper plugs for a good price. I would strongly advise anyone with an X-ray machine to purchase this cover. Box X is a must-have, especially if you live in a dusty environment like I do.
I love it. This is my first Xbox One, and I wanted to keep it as clean and dust-free as possible. Thanks to the add-on plastic cover, the system is staying clean and dust-free. I highly recommend it if you don't want your sy5 to collect dust.
This cover is a perfect fit and keeps the dust off of my husband's new Xbox. Because we live in the desert, it's critical to keep dust out of our electronics. It's not too thick and fits perfectly snugly.
It's thin and stiff, and it makes me nervous that it'll scratch my Xbox. It doesn't fit well enough over the Xbox, giving it a sloppy appearance. Dust repellent does not work well with a loose fit. Not at all what I had in mind.
It works great and keeps my system clean; however, I wish it had a hole for the Xbox home button so that I could manually turn it off. The addition of plugs for the unused HDMI and USB ports is fantastic.
