Xbox one X is the console I bought it for. Only about 60 seconds were spent connected to the controller, but then it would begin to disconnect at the same time. When I hard plugged it, I checked to see if an update was needed. In the end, it did not. Two days later, I received a new controller in the mail. I was unable to connect to the internet for one day after the replacement. It did not work after I went through tech support. It's disappointing to be so.

There is nothing I dislike about it at all. It features rubberized grips on both sides, batteries that are included with a free 14-day trial of both gold and game pass membership, and a very attractive array of red colors. If you're looking for a new controller, I strongly recommend this one. I think Xbox really went above and beyond with this one.

I love the way it looks! This controller does exactly what is required of a controller, and it looks amazing. To pair my Xbox with my PC, I just had to go to Bluetooth settings and click add a device. Then I held the pair button until the xbox logo suddenly blinks I was able to pair my phone without any Once I turned on my computer the next time, it wasn't immediately connected, but after following the above steps, I was able to make it work. That's minor, if I have to do it every time, but I'm not sure if that will have to be done every time. A minor complaint is that it takes at least six seconds for the controller to turn off when it is holding the xbox button for a period of time. As an alternative, I will simply pop out a battery. You can do it a lot faster. In the future, I'll update this if the controller fails or starts acting up!.

The all red color looked really good, so I went ahead and bought it. My first impression was even better after I received it in person. This was such a good buy for me.

I. The problem It was pleasing to the feel and look of this controller as well. The controller did not work twice out of the box, so I gave it one star. This vehicle had a severe drift, as you can see from the In my case, the left joystick or in this case, the right joystick, would move on its own in a down/right direction without my input. In the video, we can see how it would be in a FPS game or PUBG-like game. The importance of accuracy cannot be overstated. As I mentioned before, playing with it is not an option, and I tried each of the possible solutions I could find. It didn't improve after I played enough to see if the Xbox One X just needed to be warmed up, after making sure it was up to date, after power cycling my Xbox One X and after checking the button mapping configurations. Unfortunately, I have always applauded Amazon customer service since I first discovered it, but this was my first negative During the return process for this controller, it will indicate that the device is damaged or defective. There will automatically be someone with Amazon Tech Expert status on the line, but in none of our conversations, I would say four, did I come across someone who seemed to be an expert. Our second representative was extremely pleasant, but she had absolutely no idea what my issue was or how to repair In response to that, she asked me to try connecting my controller to another system, one that wasn't a PC. In addition, she asked me to press the reset button with a needle or paper clip, which the Xbox controller does not have, before finally reading me from a script found on Microsoft's support website. I was not offered any sort of help or resolution during my final call. Despite his apparent lack of interest in helping me, the customer service representative gave me no other option than to return the item That means another trip to the UPS store and now I have to go outside of Amazon to buy a controller because this is the first time I've experienced a bad Xbox one controller out of the package. If you buy them, be sure to check yours. I am not sure if it is a bad batch, or if the way they are handled or stored causes this, but be sure to check yours.

Though it's not sporty in any way I like it, the grippy material on the back is a nice touch. I had hoped it would have some grippy texture on the front, but it's just graphics - it's not soft. If you want something with a bit of a splash of color, it is a nice red xbox controller. This controller looks and feels nice with its bright red color and feels good in the hand.
