They do, for sure. The left thumb stick on my series X controller was broken after I dropped it. With this item, you can easily replace your old one.
This is not metal at all. It's the same joystick as the original Xbox One controller, except that it is coated in soft rubber on two sides and the top.

The texture in the product didn't match the description (and what others had received) so I don't know if this was the fault of TOMSIN or Amazon. I had trouble fitting the product correctly once it was installed. An interference was found on the frame of the controller with the start of the stick. The box it came in had a barcode label covering an old label. Upon inspection, the barcode label for the correct product was visible. Peeling away the paper, I found what I was looking for was the thumbstick for the Nintendo Switch Pro controller. It is not possible to mount these because they are too deep into the thumb stick's base. It's hard to decide who to contact first TOMSIN or Amazon. Up to date After reordering since it was cheap enough and other people had received the correct item previously, I received the correct part this time, and my review has now been changed from 1 to 3 stars due to the hassle and confusion, but the product was good once I got the correct part.
This is a great kit, but does not work on PS5. I think the quality is excellent, and the kit that comes with it will be very useful for all controller installations. This is just a quick note that these sticks will not work on the You have to tighten down the middle battery screw before they fit and seem perfect. Once you put this back on, you'll start rubbing again, particularly in the UP direction, which will cause it to get stuck. In place of my worn down and tattered old joysticks, I have bought new ones. The new TOMSIN sticks are just like the original factory XBOX sticks. The installation was simple with the included tools and I felt they provided a lot more tools than were necessary, which I found very nice. Having learned how to disassemble an Xbox controller and having the tools to do this, I am ready to manage any problems that may arise.
As I was shopping around, I found items such as stick grips that go over top of the original stick, but they were expensive, raised the height of the stick, and I worried that they wouldn't fit since my stick was missing the rubber. It is excellent. The tool kit is great. There was only one difficulty I encountered and that was having to reassemble the controller as the battery prongs were not fed through the battery area correctly, next time it should be no problem at all.
