The controller does not support the use of standard rechargeable AA batteries. It should work if you buy a rechargeable battery pack that is specifically designed for this purpose. We recommend the Play and Charge Kit because it is designed specifically for this purpose. http:br>br>br>br>br>br>b //www. amazon. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DBDPOZ4 com/dp/B00DBDPOZ4
The grip on this controller isn't as good as it is on the Sports controllers. The grip is comparable to that of a traditional controller.
Selected User Reviews For Xbox Wireless Controller - Phantom White Special Edition
To be honest, in terms of "quality," ALL Xbox controllers are the same (aside from colors, grip features, extra paddles/triggers, and so on). "All of Microsoft's Xbox One controllers are made of low-quality materials that aren't meant to last. As a result, we gamers will need to return and purchase a new controller. It's just a part of their business model, and we'll have to accept it if we want to stick with Xbox. I assure you that it makes no difference which controller we purchase. So forget about wasting countless hours of your time looking for the "best" controller. br>br>(As a point of reference, here are the games I play: FIFA, Rocket League, PUBG, CoD, Madden)br>br>With that said, for the price, this controller (Phantom White Special Edition) is the best you can get; I've had it for a few months and have had no problems with it. The analogue sticks, like all Xbox controllers, feel flimsy (to put it another way, fragile). This is a problem with every controller I've owned, and I've owned a lot of them. I'm always afraid to apply a little more pressure to the sticks, and when I do, I'm afraid I'll break it. The analogue sticks and bumpers (LB, RB) on Xbox One controllers are particularly vulnerable. br>br>Conclusion: br>br> Because we gamers require a controller in order to play Xbox. This controller, or the "white" Xbox One controller (wireless), is what I recommend. In my experience, these two appear to be the most durable. As long as you don't abuse the controllers, which is difficult unless you're playing games like Minecraft or The Sims, ANY Xbox One Controller will last a year without issue. Best wishes to you.
Both thumbsticks had a significant amount of stick drift. Out of the box, this is a complete waste of time. It could be a one-off issue that affects all Xbox One controller types (I've gotten garbage before). ) or it's possible that this one was put together by monkeys who weren't well-trained.
The controller has a great design. I hope they continue with this line. One thing to keep in mind if you're thinking about buying this. When compared to phantom black, you should consider the color's risk. This controller is a bright white, which looks great, but it can easily show grime and/or be stained, which is true of any white controller.
This controller has a great color scheme. It feels and works like a regular controller, so unless you really like the color scheme, you should just get a regular controller.
The controller is absolutely stunning. I'll be getting my boyfriend the black version as soon as I can! This controller is what I use to play PC version of MONSTER HUNTER WORLD. Playing with keyboard controls is so inconvenient! I'm glad I went out and bought this controller. When you plug it in, it starts working right away. Make certain you have a micro-computer with you at all times. If you want to connect it to your computer, you'll need a USB cable. When you use the micro-USB cable, it works without batteries. a USB cord It does, however, come with batteries! My hands are a little small, but the controller fits perfectly in my hands; the buttons are loud and clicky.
It feels great in your hands and makes you want to get back into gaming.
It also appears to be quite attractive. Instead of a console, I bought this controller to use with my computer. It connects via USB cable or with an Xbox wireless adapter for PC and works flawlessly. In comparison to other wireless controllers I've used, this one appears to have a fairly standard battery life (roughly 15 hours). The controller is very comfortable, and the battery life is 18 hours. I also like the design of this controller, and it's less expensive than many other "special edition" controllers.
While there are more expensive controllers available, this is exactly what my child desired, citing the controller's feel and the action of something or other. In the end, he is ecstatic and enthralled by it.
