As expected, I received my Amazon box, where I was greeted by a picture of a black Xbox one controller on the front, so I opened the box to find an Xbox one controller of the color I had ordered that was the older version and not the soft touch version I had ordered. In fact, I noticed that the buttons functioned as if they had been through considerate wear and tear prior. In addition, when I put the proper batteries in the controller (two different pairs, one of which was brand new), they did not fit snugly and securely in fact, one battery fell out when I placed the controller on the TV, and to top it off, it did not even light up! Aside from the shipping aspect of the ordeal, the entire process was a complete and total disappointment. To date, my experience with an affiliate of Amazon has been the worst.

This came with multiple scuffs on it and within the battery compartment (If it were new, there would not be the number of scratches here). As well, there are several places on the purple faceplate that were not properly attached and are almost completely separated. It was a real Go elsewhere with your money or, if you want to use X Box, order through them. We were both very disappointed in this gift, which was a birthday gift from my husband. This is hell- When I opened the box (which was an Xbox controller box, but already opened, meaning it had been put back in the box) there was white fur already on the controller before I had even lifted the lid as far as it would go.

The product is misleading, as well as overpriced. Although the unit has been shipped, packaged and delivered as expected, as a few others have stated, it is clear this is a reconditioned unit, and the wear on the underside is evident. I had no problem with the right thumbstick until a few hours later the left thumbstick stopped working. Even if this cost 84 USD plus, it would be better to at least use decent parts and be honest. Sadly, I threw the box away when we thought it was fine. In that case, I have contacted the seller and will update as soon as possible. As of right now, we recommend buying direct from the manufacturer, waiting until the custom arrives rather than being disappointed.

This controller was very enjoyable at first and I still enjoy it to this day. You will notice that more of the soft rubber like material peals off as you use it. I would recommend it to anyone who does not play more than once a month, but who needs a backup controller.

I faced a problem with the controller as it would not stay connected to my Xbox, won't work with a headset, and the parts rattled around inside. The price I paid was not what I expected!.

Other commentators have pointed out this remote probably was Upon arrival, it came in a different controller's box (which I wasn't expecting but not a serious issue). When you put the remote in your hands, it feels solid right away, even though it looked great at first glance. There is a slight gap on the right side of the remote where the crease is between the front and back portion. The situation is enough to annoy me, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I have trouble clicking the buttons when they are stuck. You don't get that tactile feeling from a new remote control. Despite his agreement with my opinion, I did not give it a one star review since I bought it for my brother, who does not care enough to return it. It is possible to make these conclusions using the remote control.

There's no doubt that this is a Neither my husband nor I do not have any complaints about it. Its only con is that the colored face plate is raised up quite a bit. As a result, some of the buttons don't stick out as far as they should. I find it a little annoying, but it does not affect how the controller works.
