I returned this controller because it lacked the holes for the headphone adapter, only to be given another that lacked them as well. If you can't connect a headphone adapter, you'll have to buy a new controller every three months. I've gone through dozens of controllers, and the headphone jack always fails after a few months. Rather than purchasing a new controller, you can purchase an adapter for $40 and use the headphones that way. I'm not sure why this controller didn't come with the ability to use an adapter.

It's lovely, and I adore the way it appears. Having said that, I hate to agree with the negative reviewers because the buttons are very sticky. As in, you'll have to put in more effort with it, and my b button may be broken. And for some reason, the controller feels a little heavier than the original. I also purchased the gears of was controller, which is a lot better because the buttons aren't sticky, it looks cool, and it's not heavy. So, in essence, this controller is only decorative, and it would be better used as a paper weight.

This is my second replacement, and the sound is still not working. I attempted to update the firmware with a different headphone plugged into either the adapter or 3. Nothing worked with a 5 mm cable. It also requires reconnecting to the Xbox every time I turn it off and on, which is inconvenient. The Amazon customer service was excellent, and the product felt fantastic in my hands, but it's not worth it if I can't hear the game or other people and have to constantly reconnect. I gave it three stars because of the excellent customer service; I've had at least four to five Xbox controllers over the years and have never had this problem occur repeatedly. It's too bad because I really liked the controller's design.

Unfortunately, this controller is unable to maintain a stable Bluetooth connection to a computer. I tested it with my other two Xbox One controllers, which work fine. I'm pretty sure this isn't an OEM product, which is a bummer because I'll have to buy a new controller for PC use, as the reason I bought it was for PC bluetooth connectivity. I even used the Windows 10 xbox accessory app to update the firmware (which worked perfectly), but it didn't help.

It's textured, which I like, and it solves the problem of my old controller drifting, not to mention the fact that it's incredibly pretty to look at. Pink is one of my favorite colors, and this is just right.

This controller was over-priced at the time I bought it. Although it was initially expensive ($105), I liked the way it looked and decided to purchase it. I'm in classes right now and didn't get a chance to look at the controller or test it out until 4 days ago, but the damn thing won't even turn on without a charge cable, so I tried using a battery pack I've used in my controller before, which I powered on right after to see if it was the pack that was messed up, but nope, just a faulty controller. I contacted Amazon, but they told me there was nothing they could do because I had purchased it less than a month ago. So I contacted the seller, who informed me that I should contact Amazon for a replacement. This is a load of nonsense, and I'm done with it. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this is what I get in return. It's ridiculous. The rant is now over. The moral of the story is this: Don't go out and buy a bunch of things you don't need. controllers from a third-party vendor at a reasonable price.

I've had this controller since July 22, 2020, and for $100, I wouldn't recommend it if you're connecting it via bluetooth and/or the Xbox One adapter; instead, get a cheap wired controller because the bluetooth drops a lot and the wire wiggles and falls out if you plug it in. The other day, I was playing Rocket League when the controller abruptly shut down. I thought it was dead, so I put new batteries in it, but it still wouldn't work. I checked the battery port and it appears to be in good working order, but if you don't know how to open it or aren't confident enough to try to fix it yourself by watching a video, it's not worth it!.

Xbox controllers have a proclivity for failing to work after a short period of time. After about a month, the right toggler is no longer drifting while playing the game, and the right toggle appears to not work unless I press hard on it; I plan on trying to get it fixed as soon as possible, but I believe this is a problem with the Xbox, not just this controller.
