Good price for a pretty decent product
4/5

Not perfect, but it gets the job done! Despite her very small (and short) size, my youngest daughter (6 years old) is very athletic. Just Dance 4 does not recognize some of her movements as she tries to play it on the Kinect. As a result of talking with people and consulting Xbox help forums and sites, most information suggests placing the Kinect sensor above the TV, and I chose to place mine below it. This inexpensive clip sounded like it might be the right thing to do, so I looked for solutions. My cousin played Just Dance 4 for the first time after I got this mount and hooked it up, and it recognized most of her actions! I also noticed increased performance when I played sports and adventure games myself! In addition, as others have pointed out, the Sensor does not latch onto this mount as readily as I would have liked. It is necessary to mount the sensor on the mount, then squeeze VERY FIRMLY one at a time on either side until you hear a After you do that, it will hold the item very securely, but, as I mentioned, you have to squeeze really hard. As well, the little "leg" that supports the mount on the back of your TV has a horizontal adjustment (you can slide it to the rear when you want to adjust for thicker or thinner TVs), as well as a pivot. Despite the simple ratchet/click pivot adjustment being able to adjust for the thickness of the TV (roughly an inch, give or take), my television is tilted between 5 and 10 degrees slightly forward to accommodate the TV. I'd like to see it flat, so that is a minimal angle. This mount has thin rubber padding on the rear side of the front vertical lip, as well as on the bottom of the main "platform," and the full edge of the rear "leg" that is very sticky and aids in making sure the mount stays in place and does not slide. Despite the angles of the mount and the rubber pads, it is a pretty stable mount, and I trust it to hold my sensor, unless we experience moderate or high earthquakes. The pros are ** - For optimal performance, better placement is needed. ** - *Expensive* - This layout is more space-efficient and lends a more sleek appearance to a cabinet. ** - It is most likely impossible to name all of the pros, but I have covered most of the good ones.

** - The adjustment of the pivoting leg with the ratchet or click is too coarse to be accurate. ** - It requires a certain amount of force to latch the sensor to the ** - If not handled carefully, it can leave fine scratches on the TV. In general, all- All in all, a big thumbs up!.

I had a few thoughts regarding It worried me to see all the negative reviews, but I still decided to take a chance on it
5/5

That was the right thing to do for me! Kinect sensor clips into the clip, as it should. It seems you have to do every side one at a time, wait until you hear the click, and then start on the other side. It is not intuitive, and it is easy to think the clip is defective or poorly made, but once you hear the click, you're done. There is no real way to secure the sensor bar to the tv, but it does rest in a very safe position, at least based on how it appears. Other reviews mentioned that the sensors might fall off and break during gameplay, but based on my experience I can't imagine that will be an issue. It might be too onerous if you have an ultra-thin TV or perhaps the hinge on the clip is damaged. The front lip of the stand fits over the front edge of the TV, and the back adjusts to fit against the back of the TV. There would be no problem removing it, but you would need to knock the TV or the sensor in order to do so. As a whole, I have been very satisfied with this.

Worked great for me
5/5

I was not concerned with the clip not fitting securely into my Kinect bar, unlike some other reviewers. Though it is not attached to my TV directly, it sits on top of it very securely, though I have no way of seeing how it is secured. If I slam into the TV, it will not fall off by accident the only way that will occur is if someone hits the TV, in which case my greater concern will be that my big screen just broke, not that one of my $100 Kinect bars also broke. The force it would take to knock this off my TV, in addition to breaking the TV, would most likely damage all the components in the rack beneath it as well. Although, I do think this mount may not hold the Kinect on top of your television if a lot of people are knocking it around frequently. On the plus side, it provides a nice stable platform for your TV's Kinect peripheral to rest securely on. It does what it is supposed to. I am quite satisfied with the quality, functionality,.

The game is not to be played
5/5

The utility and quality of the product are outstanding! As a Kinect TV Mount Clip for Xbox, this item is not a game which makes it not a game, but rather an extra accessory for XBOX that can be placed on Whether you NEED the XBOX off the floor, you want the XBOX off the floor, or you play mainly with adults, the Xbox needs to be taken off the ground. No kids here (as opposed to the little It can be adjusted to a certain extent, but our 9 year old told me this wasn't working after clipping the sensor to the TV. To keep our investment secure, I wanted the project off the ground as soon as possible! What is more important, however, is that the wee folk enjoy the game At the end of the day THERE IS A REASON WE BOUGHT AN XBOX! It's SO FUN to see them playing engaging games in which they can also use their bodies to power their play! My kids are loving all the activity! In terms of the video This is a great accessory with a tremendous amount of utility, and we'll hang onto it as long as we can since our 9 yr old is growing and will be caught by the sensor shortly. It will be much safer and easier to install the Xbox on a flat surface where it will look more aesthetically appealing. As with the more expensive clips that seem to be the same, this appears to be the same clip as well. Just over $5 was the price I paid. A total of 00 plus a The period between 99 and 100 As a result, Total of $ 00. The purchase is a definite YES! Then, add this.
