I received these battery packs today, and when my grandson went to plug them in to charge them, they sparked and tripped the breaker; I've never had anything trip the breaker before! As you can see from the image, it's completely black! It's a good thing it didn't set fire to the house. It was the first time I'd ever plugged in! Please do not purchase this item! It is defective.

Although the battery is compatible, the battery cover does not fit the Xbox One's controller as specified.

I have an Xbox 360. I had no idea that the batteries in those controllers varied in size. The battery is in good condition. The back, however, is not included. There are no issues with the battery. They're charging and staying charged; the only problem is that they don't have a back up. The box has been ripped, so double-check which controller you have. As a result, whoever handled it prior to shipping must exercise extreme caution.

Nothing is more frustrating for a gamer than having their controller die in the middle of a game. game! It was time for a change, so I decided to make a change. After reading several reviews, I chose this set because it included covers that fit both my new Xbox One X controller and my old Xbox One X controller. The fact that these fit so well on both controllers surprised me. Another factor in my decision was the ability to charge the battery packs via stand or cord (and it comes with a long cord!). The battery packs do not last as long as advertised, but I now have a backup controller with a charged battery pack on hand! This is a significant improvement over the double-decker bus. When the batteries run out, it causes lag.

You will receive two fully functional rechargeable batteries for your money. To get the most out of them, charge them first before using them; then just pop them in and use the proper battery cover, and you're good to go. From the front of the Series X, you can charge it directly inside the controller using a mini USB cable. When you're finished, plug it in! Easy!.

4 packs of 8-inch x 8-inch x 8-inch x 8-inch x The battery lasts for 10 hours and charges quickly. Is there anything else you could want? So far, there haven't been any significant issues. Some packs have a lower life expectancy than others. I've given each pack a number, as well as my three-pack. 4-year-olds appear to die more quickly than one-year-olds. Ensure that they are inserted correctly. I was also under the impression that I'd been duped by some phony packs. However, simply remove the green label and place it in its place. When I put it in the wrong direction, I was worried that if I pulled it out, my controller would break. People, best of luck.
