Questions & Answers
They can "power," but only in the sense of charging; you must connect a mouse and keyboard to the console; I have all of mine connected, and I used the front to charge my headset controller. To power the fan, the power cord is plugged into the back usb.
USB port on the console's back
No, it's just a type c connector for an adapter.
That is not the case.

They deleted my previous review because I was honest, so I'm going to do it again. This console charging stand with fan is a waste of time, space, money, and energy, and they lied to you by saying it works when it's just a man-made device designed to extort money from those who own this console. It didn't cool down the series s, and I bought a rechargeable battery for my controller, which didn't charge at all smh it's not worth it, and they deleted my review for calling this item rubbish in the bull word smh. If you don't like a product, you should be able to express your dissatisfaction with it. This also applies to products that deceive you. And here's something for you and Amazon.
This thing is fantastic; it keeps the xbox safe and secure, with no risk of it tipping over. My cat has made an attempt because he's a jerk who likes to knock things over or off shelves. This stand was not going to budge, and he looked crushed when he tried. Mr. Mittens, you have triumphed. br>In addition, the fans on this thing do a fantastic job of keeping the heat out of the console. It's also a plus that you can't hear them. The USB ports are a nice addition.
I like the product and the fact that it comes with USB plugs that easily charge my headphones. The only problem I'm having is that neither side of the controller's charger appears to work. In fact, it appears that the controller's battery is being depleted. When I turned on the XBox the next day after charging the controller all night, it informed me that the batteries were running low. After only an hour of setup the night before, the XBox was ready to go. On the second day, the controller malfunctioned within the first hour. I replaced the batteries, played for a few hours, charged the controller, and now it's day three since I got the new XBox, and I'm getting the battery warning again. I didn't even play a game today; instead, I did some maintenance on the system, including connecting a new WIFI booster. I've been using XBox controllers for years, and this is the first time the battery has died after only an hour or two of use. I've ordered a charger cable to see if the issue is with the stand or with the controller itself. I'll keep you updated as soon as I learn more.
It connects to the USB port on your computer. It's a really nice product for the price, and it seems to keep the system cool even when it's running for hours; I'm not sure how well the charging controllers work, but it's better than some of the other options. It's also not too bulky, making it suitable for almost any situation.
My Xbox Series S was overheating, so I asked a Facebook group if I should get an external fan. They screamed at me, saying it was a joke and everything else, but I decided to buy it anyways, and I'm glad I did. My Xbox no longer overheats, it's always cool, and runs smoothly, unlike before when it would overheat while playing X|S version games.
I've ordered this item twice now in the same piece for the controller, and both times it's been broken. It also doesn't charge the controllers, which is a waste of money.
Although it appears to be cool, the quality is poor. I received the item a few days ago, just in time for my Series S to arrive. I was so excited when I received the Series S and unboxed and set up both of them. I SET THE CONTROLLER IN ITS SLOT AFTER A FEW HOURS OF GAMING, MAKING SURE THE CHARGER WENT IN EASILY BECAUSE IT IS AN ARGENT FIT. When I went to play today, the metal tip of the charger fell off inside the controller (pictured to the right of the controller hub area). Fortunately, I was able to remove it, but only after one use. The fans appear to work properly, and the additional USB ports are convenient, but I'm disappointed that this problem has arisen so quickly.
This device accomplishes the task at hand. It just does a poor job of it. Because the USB cord for powering this device is so short, you'll almost certainly have to plug it into your Xbox. However, if you do so, the controllers will only be charged while the system is turned on. You may be out of luck if the controller battery is dead. So, unless you keep this close to an outlet or an external USB plug, you'll have to buy something else to charge your controller, which defeats the purpose of buying it in the first place. It also does a poor job of cooling the system due to the fan's inefficiency. When it's turned on, you'll barely notice it. As a result, your system may overheat while you're playing or loading games. You might be better off focusing on one thing that keeps your system cool and another that keeps your controllers charged. Both of those things are done mediocrely by this device.
