It's a straightforward idea - Replace the controller's battery pack, and then remember to put it back on when you're done playing. I completed the first section, but my children frequently forget to attach the controller as instructed. br>br>Because the batteries appear to last a long time, we haven't had a panic attack because a controller was left off the base and they couldn't play. Overall, it's a worthwhile purchase.

These cannot be charged through the controller's original charging port. The charging port on the new battery pack is right next to the one on the old one. As a result, the controller would be powered from the top, while the bottom would be powered and charged. Which was perfect because one of our controller charging ports was broken and we were about to throw it away, and this was a quick fix. It's great to have a place where you can charge your controllers when they're not in use.

I've always been able to admit that I've jumped the gun, and I retract the Chagri's negative feedback review. I have poor XPERIENCD and 3plus, and the fact is charged with a 45-minute penalty. I recommend this item because it lasts 1 hour and works better than Xbox crappp. 5'z, because it took a long time, but it was well worth the wait.

This is fantastic after a few months of the controller consuming batteries. I charged them to full capacity right after receiving them, and I haven't had to charge them since 2/4 (no gaming sessions, just streaming). The battery pack does not fit perfectly flush in the controller, but there are no issues with charging or use, and you wouldn't know unless you looked closely. This purchase has made me very happy. Nyko was once the go-to guy for everything. They were supposed to branch out and get Xbox controller chargers, but they appear to have forgotten. Because of inconsistencies in their design, new batteries are incompatible with older controllers. br>br>Hopefully, in 5 years, this ESYWEN charger will not have this issue. In any case, it's a more appealing design. I have a headphone adapter on one of my controllers, but I don't have to remove it because the controllers are connected upside-down. br>br>Battery life appears to be satisfactory thus far, but it is far too early to say how long they will last.
