Because I have thumb arthritis, I get flare-ups from constantly pressing the A, B, X and Y buttons on the standard controller with my right thumb. Therefore, I use my right hand to move the controller stick, and I use my left hand to press I am very happy with this. It is worth the money. (The joystick is ambidextrous, so if I had thumb arthritis in my other hand, I could easily reverse this and use my left hand to move the stick while using my right hand to push the buttons. )

Again, Microsoft gets away with its scumbag behavior

There's no way you can charge $230 for 8 buttons and a joystick when it will likely cost less than $50 to make. There should be no reason to charge an arm and a leg for items that can help physically disabled people play video games.
