This isn't a legitimate response. However, I'm having a similar problem. Although both battery packs are fully charged, my black controller is the only one that the packs will work with and connect to the Xbox 360. When using one of these new battery packs with the three other white ones I have, the controller will turn on but will continue to blink and will not connect to the console. I've tried using the wireless sync buttons as well as the plug-and-play cable to get the controller to sync. The console is still not connecting. Have you been able to solve the problem so far?
Use the included adapter or go out and get a 2-pack of batteries. Phone charger with a 3 amp output. Only 5V/0 should be emitted from the Xbox. You're using 5A and splitting it among two controllers. Although 24 hours is excessive, it is possible that it has a safety feature that prevents charging with insufficient current.
This is a knock-off version of the product. to begin with, simply purchase an official Windows brand.
It is dependent on the type of AC adapter you have. Your ac adapter should work with 110/240 volts and convert the voltage to 5 volts. ^_^

To show my kids, I dug out my old Xbox 360. The old rechargeable batteries I had from back in the day, of course, wouldn't hold a charge. As a result, I placed an order for this particular set-up. I set it up and inserted the batteries into the controller after charging them. The battery, for some reason, causes the left analog stick to lock in a clockwise spin, as if I were pushing it to the right when I wasn't. I replaced the battery and it worked perfectly, so I contacted the company, and after a week of no response, I contacted Amazon and requested an exchange. When the replacement batteries arrived, both of the batteries in that set locked the controller into the right-hand spin. By that time, the company had contacted me, and I informed them that Amazon had sent a replacement, which was also defective. So, after a few days of emailing back and forth, they sent me a third system. (Now that I had a good charging dock and one good battery from the first set, all I needed to do was swap out the bad battery for a good one. ) I tested the batteries after receiving the third set, and both batteries locked the controller once more. I emailed the company to inform them of the situation, but I have yet to receive a response. I wanted to be completely honest in this review, so I purchased a good charging station that works with the controller, as well as a good battery that lasts a few days. I can only give them three stars because five batteries in a row were defective, and the company's response was slow. I looked up the problem on Google but couldn't figure out why a battery would cause a controller to spin.
Item is in perfect working order, and I will be placing another order soon.
I was looking for a small form factor charger/holder for my Xbox 360 controllers, which I now mostly use with my PC, and this seemed to fit the bill. It was simple to put together, and my controller snapped right in without a hitch. I like how it stays put on my desk and doesn't topple over. My only gripe is that the battery only lasts a few hours when compared to the standard rechargeable AA batteries I was using before purchasing the dock. My regular rechargeables (Everready) last at least a week. I have about 5 hours with these before they expire. It isn't a deal breaker for me because I only use one at a time, but I do wish they lasted a little longer. I also wish they would use a common LED color scheme for charging, such as: Red for charging, blue/green for charged; however, for some reason, they chose the Red/Orange combination, so the first time I used it, I kept thinking the batteries were only halfway charged. charged. Even if I had read the instructions, I would still have made the same mistake. Other than that, I enjoy the device and would give it five stars if the battery life could be improved.
The charger is excellent and I enjoy using it. It's a lot better than the one I had before. I was ecstatic because I had no idea it came with two rechargeable battery packs. Unfortunately, one of them had died and was no longer able to hold a charge. The other one performed admirably. I wasn't too bothered about it because I already had rechargeable batteries. Since you can get them at any local game shop for less than $5 each. Overall, a fantastic purchase, but I can see how people would expect the rechargeable battery packs to work, which they do not. /br>Since one of mine works, there's a 50/50 chance of getting one that does as well. If it doesn't, it's a good thing you can get them for a low price somewhere else. The package came with a black controller, and I had a red controller because the other rechargeable case wouldn't hold a charge.
Although they appeared to be of good quality, they caused the steering on my controller to stop working. I was about to give up when I noticed that another reviewer had experienced the same issue, but only with the included battery packs. br>br> However, now that I'm back to regular battery packs, it doesn't appear to have harmed my controllers. br>br>Do you think it's possible I wasn't using the correct wall charger? But I despise it when products like this don't include a wall charger, only a USB port. So either I have to go out and buy another piece, or I have to hope that an old charger will work at the correct voltage without causing damage. I returned it without first attempting to contact the seller, who might have been able to assist me with the issue.
It's risky to rely on batteries. YCCTEAM provided me with four of these chargers. One for each of the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 (this one) is the most recent addition to my collection. The charger itself, like the other three I own, is in good working order, but one of the batteries that came with it is defective. When I plugged in the controller that had a bad battery, it flashed red lights. I put an older Microsoft brand rechargeable battery in the controller that was flashing red lights and it charged up fine; if the seller will send me a replacement battery in exchange for my bad one, I will gladly raise my rating two stars. Otherwise, it appears that I'll have to find a different source for rechargeable batteries.
I was really looking forward to getting these before the new Xbox came out so that I could share some Halo 3 nostalgia with my son before the next console came out. This was a replacement order because the first ones' battery failed to charge, and these, unfortunately, will as well. On each of the four batteries that were sent, I used an amp meter (with each combination of contact points). All four of them are DEAD and will not be held responsible for ANYTHING. The charging station works, and my controller turns on with different batteries, as you can see in my picture. I hope they can resolve the problem, but I believe they are currently attempting to sell old restock.
The unit itself is fine and functions properly, but one of the battery packs does not work at all; it will not charge and will only flash, and I have yet to receive a response from the seller, despite the fact that it has been less than 24 hours since I notified them of the problem. That being said, if they contact me and send me a replacement battery pack, I will update my review to 5 stars across the board. 5 stars they sent out a brand new replacement right away it took me a lot longer to update this than it took them to fix the problem very happy.
