It fits an original Xbox One, so there should be enough room for a series S.
I'm not sure because I haven't been on a plane in a long time, but if it can, it will most likely be a very tight fit.
The Xbox Series X, not the Xbox 360, is the winner.

I bought this for my husband because he needed to travel across the ocean and wanted to bring his Xbox with him. This was an incredible case. It's thick enough to protect the Xbox if you drop it or if it's pushed into a corner. We intend to purchase a second one for our son's Xbox.
Today, I received my package. Open it up to see if there's anything written on it. On the front, there's a spot, and on the side, there's a spot where you can hold six different things, and one of the side walls has some fun balls. The walls are not sturdy, as there is foam in them, which I dislike, and I would have expected it to be better for the price you pay. I should have gone to a neighborhood store instead. I am underwhelmed.
This is a fantastic case. I was able to easily fit my Xbox One, controllers, and cables. It is, moreover, well-designed. secure and padded; Another case I tried had a strange Velcro closure system that didn't close completely. This bag has a strong zipper. I would strongly suggest it.
After only a few weeks of use, the internal buckle broke.
This was purchased for my nephew, who is constantly transporting his XBox in a reusable grocery bag. He appreciates the fact that everything has its place and that the console can be secured. He described it as "pretty sweet," which is impressive coming from a 17-year-old. It's a big compliment to call someone an "old boy. ".
I bought it for my grandson because he was cramming everything into his school backpack. This carrier has saved my life on numerous occasions. Everything fits perfectly, so all he has to do now is tug and push to get it to fit.
My previous two bags would break at the strap seams, so time will tell if this one will hold up, but it appears to be much more durable and built for what I need to carry for gaming.
My son says it does the job. However, he and I both agree that this is a $20 product, not a $45 product, and that if it were used frequently, it would pay for itself. It was only going to be a matter of time.
