Yes, I believe so. I have the wireless version for PC, and that cord works with the PC receiver as well. My issue is that the cord, specifically the receiver portion, turns on the wireless controllers, but you shouldn't have this problem.
I'm not sure about the other case, but I bought this for my daughter's wireless Xbox 360 controller for her PC. It is a perfect fit for the controller, but the adapter is not. It might work with just a cord. This case is ideal if you own a wireless controller:

The Xbox 360 controllers have a large batter pack attached to the back of the controller, so this one is a little taller. As a result, they made some additional room. As you can see in my photo, this is the case. br>br>However, because the case is identical in every other way, you can certainly use it for Xbox One controllers. And that's a good thing, because this appears to be one dollar less expensive than their Xbox One controller case. br>br>However, I adore these cases and have at least ten of them because I enjoy having a variety of controller options!.

This isn't for you if you're picky about analogues. When the case is closed, you can still press down on the thumbsticks, but it is more difficult. It was well worth the money! Both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One controllers fit easily in this hardshell case! Many people claim that it puts pressure on the buttons, but I haven't noticed this problem despite the fact that I haven't put anything in the case except my controllers. When you first open it, it has a strong odor, but after a few days, it dissipates. It was well worth the money.
This is a fantastic case for taking your controller on the road with you. The USB cable is kept in a web pocket. It is highly recommended.
This item is extremely well-made, thick, and does not appear to be of low quality. It also accommodates controllers from both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One. When I get the money, I'm going to buy another three or four.
It serves its purpose, but I'm not fond of how easily the joysticks can be pressed and moved.
This is ideal for transporting controllers without fear of damaging them, and the hard shell is fantastic.
It's a good fit, but there's no place to store the dongle inside, despite the fact that it says "Stae Controller Only. ".
