The seller provided excellent service

The sellers, Powerextra, contacted me after I wrote my original review below. Despite the fact that it was past the time for Amazon to accept a return, they sent me a replacement controller that works perfectly. My original Wii controllers did not last as long as this one. My youngest grandson is overjoyed with it at the moment. Powerextra went above and beyond. their customer service goes above and beyond I would highly recommend any of their products. br>br>While this works well while playing games, it does not hold a charge for long when using a rechargeable battery. The original black charger lasts twice as long as the new one. In some ways, this is a good thing because otherwise, my almost 4-year-old grandson would want to play all day, and we'd have to stop to recharge the controller.

EDITED - One of the buttons isn't functioning correctly

EDIT: I contacted customer service, who responded quickly and sent me a replacement at no cost. The substitute is fantastic! It appears to be an exact replica of the original

It has the same appearance as the original and will be a hit with the kids on Christmas morning. I believe we will see some mario cart x4 way versus in the future. I'm hoping the usability matches the appearance.
