It's a game I love as much as the guitar. Guitar Hero is a great version of the game. Keeping the remote on is controlled by pressing the button located on the cover plate.

Due to the fact it is a gift for my daughter, I have not used it yet. The item appears to be brand new, even though I bought it used. Styrofoam was encased in plastic it was wrapped in styrofoam. I think the picture is a better representation of the reality. It looks like it's in perfect condition. I am very happy with this purchase if it plays as well as it looks.
