Our intention was to replace our old drum set with this one. With Rock Band, it has worked as expected. Guitar Hero is not in the house, but I assume it will work as well with that game.
The only thing there is the drum set As well, the seller from whom I purchased the item had a really difficult time delivering it to me. Originally, I never received my order, and a replacement was sent to me long after the original one had been sent.
Any Rockband game that uses the Nintendo Wii controller will work with the drums

They last for a long time. Considering the product has been used, it works great! There is an issue with the foot pedal sticking just a tiny bit, but the carpet might be to blame. It would be wise to buy Nintendo products, as they are well made. Before its current owner, the house was well taken care of.
The wireless receiver and dongle in the drums were repaired, so instead of purchasing a wireless one I ordered a wired one. The decision was a great one for me! I love it! This drum set arrived very fast, and the condition of the drum set was excellent when I took it out of the box. Using the USB still works fine. I tried it in my Wii and in my Wii U, both of which worked perfectly!.

Do not waste your money and time. When I received the drum set, it just lit up blue, no connection to Wii. Looking online for fixes and to find out what the problem was, I discovered that the wiring probably had something wrong with it. A real pain in the neck.

As of now, I have only tried it twice, but it seems to work fine. Occasionally there is a slight delay, though I'm not sure if it's caused by the drum set, the wii, or the disk itself.
I bought a drum set from a seller who sold me substandard equipment. Considering that it is unable to stand up, it is worthless. There is no doubt that the seller knew.
I also found that parts were missing from the shipment.
