Good customer service. We were unable to accomplish our goal. The chargers would not move from the charging bays to the batteries. One of the battery packs did not snap in completely, and two of the four charging bays were so sensitive that the controllers could not be charged. I repeatedly charged the battery for hours but the indicators still said the battery wasn't charged despite the fact that the bays appeared to be "active". Immediately after contacting Amazon about returning it, I received an email from the company. In order to ensure that my Wii remotes would not require batteries to operate, I bought this. It would be nice to have rechargeable batteries that could be charged by a charging station. As soon as I used it for the first time, the batteries died within a short period of time. To make sure that the charging station is doing its job correctly, you need to make sure that your phone is positioned so that the charging light comes on. At first, I didn't pay the batteries much mind however, after using them for about two weeks, the batteries began to drain, thus interfering with how effectively the controller and the game performed, so quickly, that I ultimately chose not to use them anymore. I can't charge four remotes at the same time with the 4 charger remote. It doesn't seem to work on the right side either. If the remotes are charged, they do not click into place or the button does not turn red.

This product was excellent for the price, with batteries that snapped right into our Wii remotes as well as the cool blue lighting that glows underneath the remote. Despite the short battery life, this camera is a great purchase. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and would recommend this to anyone looking.

In our case, it did not work at all for charging the Wii remotes. The idea of using batteries in this way intrigued us and we decided to test it out. The piece of plastic did not even come with a power supply for 30 dollars. Although the wrist straps have been removed, the remote does not fit properly, and the charging is intermittent according to where the remote is placed In the end, I was able to get two of them to start charging after carefully placing them on top of the unit to make contact, but one battery would not charge. It seems bad, don't you think? This product will be returned in the hope of finding a better one. One word of advice. I usually don't do this, but stay away from impulse purchases based solely on "Featured" or "Advertised" items. Give it a moment to take it all in. This is a lesson to be.

The batteries were in my gaming remotes. After searching for them all, they came up - it was the last battery I had. For all the gaming systems, we looked into rechargeable units. It's been like receiving a gift from God! You can recharge the remote the next morning by placing it on the charger after playing.
