Are you able to use it with a PS4 ?

For this one, I think only the pros should attempt it.

What do you need to mount it to? Does it have to be stud mounted or will it work ?

I mounted mine on studs, that's how I did it

Could you please let me know if the included screws work with particle board if I want to mount this on the side of my desk?

PS4 is quite heavy so I would not get enough screws to install it properly.

It is a relatively common brand of mount for 10 bucks a piece that uses Velcro and is very sturdy. I only bought this one because I have a Spiderman PS4 and didn't want the Velcro.

The PS4 Pro has no problems with this

Supports the PS4 Pro about 1/4 of an inch off the wall and does not interfere with any of the PS4 Pro's vents. A four-star rating is due to the following reasons I would give you a 5-star rating, not a 4-star One star is stripped off because of a slight feeling of instability when the PS4 Pro is mounted. Press on the bottom corner of the lower front corner when it is in the mount, and the system will pivot around the screw there. This will be prevented with a wooden shim, but if the mount had been designed with this in mind, it would have been nice to avoid this problem from the beginning.

I like this mount a lot

It was a pleasure mounting my devices on the wall and the PS4 pro looks amazing done that way. I found it to be a little loose since there is only 1 tightening knob, so the PS4 would shake every now and then. It was 100% secure when I hooked the top of the PS4 up to a flat piece of metal and screwed it into the wall. I love how it looks next to my mounted Nintendo Switch and has worked perfectly aside from that slight problem.

You can get a great deal on this bracket. To make the stud that I used for the screw, I used a magnet. Instead of using the aluminum screws that came with it, I used wood screws. They are threaded. However, there is nothing to complain about.

Easy to install. I was able to install it very easily. I placed it right behind my 65" screen television, which pretty much hides it. Everything seems to be in good order.
